The Tunisian Internet Agency ATI announces that it has addressed a formal notice to OVH, on Thursday, November 9th , 2017, for its non compliance with Articles 4 and 10 of the Registry – Registrars Convention for the «.tn» domain names, stipulating that the Registrar must « make available to its customers, at least, a highly available technical infrastructure, … installed geographically in Tunisia, and connected to the Tunisian Internet network», and must «make every effort to ensure that its services are 99.7% available» .
The notice was sent following outages that affected OVH servers.
